INTRODUCTION:

An ideal acid to alkaline pH measurement exists between 7.35 to 8.00. This level of alkalinity helps produce maximum energy levels and health. When the blood pH drops below 7.35, the body is in danger of illness.

The optimum time to measure the pH is in the morning before eating or drinking anything. MEASURING YOUR pH LEVEL

• Purchase pHydrion papers with a measurement chart
• Take your pH in the morning upon rising (do not eat or drink) and measure your pH level

CAUSES OF ACIDITY:
Enzyme deficiency in the digestive tract is the main reason for acidity in the body. Without enzymes, the digestive tract does not digest food properly resulting in acid reflux, allergies, and sinus. The cause of an enzyme deficiency results from antibiotic overuse, birth control pill use, steroid or tetracycline-type drug use, over exposure to a damp or moldy environment.
Check with your health practitioner for a type of live enzyme with lactobacillus acidophilus. Live enzymes require refrigeration upon opening and guarantee your best type of enzyme replenishment. Replenishing the digestive tract with live enzymes is necessary for proper digestion and eliminating acid reflux.
We know sugar is bad for us, but we continue to consume sugar in many foods without realizing the sources: ketchup, juice, gum, salad dressings, pastries, condiments, some prepared meats, ice cream, and tomato sauce just to name a few. Three vegetables, potatoes, peas, and corn turn to sugar in the body upon consumption. Processed grains like white bread, white rice, cold cereals, and bagels turn to sugar in the body upon consumption.

RAISING YOUR pH LEVEL:

Drinking fresh lemon juice (1/2 - one lemon) in water each morning and again in the evening increases the pH level of your digestive tract. If fresh lemons are not readily available, the bottled' fresh lemon' juice is available at any grocery store.

Take live enzymes to replenish the enzymes to improve digestion ensures better health for the entire body. The preferred enzyme to purchase contains lactobacillus acidophilus.
Eat healthy for your best health for every individual. When foods oxidize in the body, they leave a residue. When foods are acidic, they leave an acidic residue.
