NUTRASWEET

The THALIDOMIDE of the 90’s if ASPARTAME otherwise known as EQUAL® NUTRASWEET®, or SPOONFUL®. In May, 1992 Flying Safety Magazine explained the dangers:

In pregnancy the effects of aspartame can be passed directly on to the fetus, even in very small doses. Some people have suffered aspartame-related disorders with doses as small as that carried in a single stick of chewing gum. This could mean a pilot who drinks diet sodas is more susceptible to vertigo, or to flicker induced epileptic activity. It also means that all pilots are potential victims of sudden memory loss, dizziness during instrument flight and gradual loss of vision.

A pilot’s hot-line was set up and over 500 pilots responded, some speaking of grand mal seizures in the cockpit of commercial airline flights. Many pilots lost their medical certifications to fly, and careers. Eighty percent of the complaints to the FDA on food or additives are about this murderous chemical, but comatose they have done nothing to alert or to protect you.

Aspartame is a molecule composed of three components: aspartic acid, phenylalanine, and methanol. Once ingested the methanol, wood alcohol that has killed or blinded thousands of skid row drunks, converts into formaldehyde and formic acid (Ant Sting Poison). Formaldehyde, a deadly neurotoxin, is common embalming fluid, a Class A Carcinogen! Both aspartic acid and l-phenylalanine are also neurotoxins. Aspartic acid causes brain lesions in neuroendrocrine disorders in experimental animals.

There are 92 documented symptoms including:

Headaches Muscle Spasms Irritability Heart Palpitations
Loss of Taste Dizziness Weight Gain Tachycardia
Breathing Difficulty Tinnitus Seizures Rashes
Insomnia Anxiety Attacks Vertigo Nausea
Depression Blindness Slurred Speech Memory Loss
Numbness Fatigue Hearing Loss Blurred Vision
Joint Pain

Some diseases triggered by Aspartame:

Brain Tumors                                        Multiple Sclerosis                    Epilepsy

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome                    Parkinson’s                              Alzheimer’s

Cancer                                                  Mental Retardation                   Lymphoma

Birth Defects                                         Fibromyalgia                            Diabetes

America is seeing an increase in seizures. Phenylalanine in Aspartame lowers the seizure threshold in the brain and blocks serotonin production. Today our nation is swept by a rage of violence. Researchers attribute this in part to low brain serotonin levels inducing depressing, rage, and paranoia.

Fetal tissue cannot tolerate methanol The fetal placenta can concentrate phenylalanine and cause mental retardation. Aspartame tests on animals produced brain and mammary tumors. No wonder breast cancer is exponentiating! During Operation Desert Storm, truckloads of diet drinks cooked in the Arabian sun and at 86 degrees, Aspartame liberates methanol in the can. Thousands of service men and women returned home with chronic fatigue syndrome and other toxic symptoms.

EQUAL®, NUTRASWEET®, or SPOONFUL® are the deadliest toxins in our society because of their ubiquitous presence in thousands of foods, even children’s vitamins, medicines, Kool-Aid, and Jell-O, and on every restaurant table. We are dosed with millions of pounds every year. This warning should be on every Aspartame, EQUAL®, NUTRASWEET®, or SPOONFUL® product. CHEMICAL POISON: KEEP OUT OF REACH OF HUMANS!

INTRODUCTION:

A Bio-Tensor is a simple device that accurately reflects the energy flow balance of the electrical system of the body by which Contact Reflex Analysis responds. The instrument has a four-inch brass handle and is 1/4 inch in diameter attached to a thin high-tensile wire connected to a brass washer one inch in diameter. The entire instrument is approximately 16 inches long. It will not wear out or break, and it requires only you to test yourself.

HOW THE BIO-TENSOR WORKS:

The Bio-Tensor works on the principle similar to Contact Reflex Analysis (CRA) otherwise known as muscle testing. It reacts to energy glows which are specific to points on your body as well as energy flows from substances we may be holding within our body’s energy field. A normal, health person will have an energy field which extends twelve inches or more out from the body in a radial pattern.

HOW THE BIO-TENSOR WORKS:

            1.            Remove all metal jewelry and metal objects from your body and pockets as metal tends to interrupt the natural energy flow.

            2.            Stand erect with both feet firmly on the floor.

            3.            Hold your Bio-Tensor loosely but steadily by the rod handle with your right hand just at or above waist level.

            4. Check for correct energy flow by placing the palm of your left hand flat on the crown of your head. Observe the plane of the movement of the Bio-Tensor. This plane represents a strong energy flow as the top of the head carries a negative charge and the palm of your hand carries a positive charge.

            5. Turn your left hand over placing the back of it to the crown of your head. Observe the plan of movement of the Bio-Tensor. it should be moving in the opposite direction as you are now putting a negative to a negative. This direction of movement of the Bio-Tensor indicates a weak energy flow. If you are seriously ill, it is possible for your energy fields to be reversed. If you find that to be the case, contact us suggestions regarding ways to overcome that condition.

BIO-TENSOR                                                                                                             Page 2

            6.         You must establish which direction is strong and which is weak for you as this may vary with different individuals. Experiment with different substances which you suspect to be good or bad for your body. Below is a list of things and the way most people would test them.

WEAK STRONG
Granulated Sugar Fresh Vegetables
Chocolate Fresh Fruits
Coffee Whole Grains
Soda Pop Whole Nuts
Synthetic Drugs Legumes

TESTING WITH THE BIO-TENSOR:

With the Bio-Tensor it is possible for you to test your body’s reaction to literally any material or circumstance and read that reaction in the Bio-Tensor’s movement.

SUBSTANCE TESTING:

            1.            Hold the substance to be tested in your left hand and bring it close to your stomach. Observe whether the Bio-Tensor registers weak or strong. You may do this with anything in your environment.

Any Food Item All Herbs
All Cosmetics All Oils
Personal Hygiene Products All Vitamins
Household Cleaning Products Clothing Items
Prescription Drugs Pets
Household/Yard Chemicals Household Lighting

            2.            The Bio-Tensor can be used to determine the exact amount of supplements your body requires by starting out with several more than you would need necessary. Hold them in your hand so that the Bio-Tensor is registering weak and then remove one supplement at a time until the Bio-Tensor is registering strong.

TESTING ANOTHER PERSON:

Hold the Bio-Tensor in your right hand and stand to the right side of the person to be tested. Link your left arm with the other person’s right arm so your elbows are interlocked and relaxed. You are now in a position to test their energy. Proceed.

HYPERTENSION and

HIGH CHOLESTEROL

INTRODUCTION:

Blood pressure is the ratio between the systolic (measured when the heart is pumping the blood through a vein or artery at its greatest speed and volume) and diastolic (measured when the heart is resting and no blood is being pumped). Normal blood pressure ranges from 110/70 to 140/90; when your doctor or you check your blood pressure, keep a record of it. Remember that taking your blood pressure at the same time of the day at each check-up is important for a consistent measurement. Running up a flight of stairs, drinking a cup of caffeine, or seeing a great-looking individual in the hallway immediately before seeing the doctor may elevate the blood pressure.

Hypertension or high blood pressure affects 20 to 30 percent of the adult population and can cause heart failure and even a stroke. As high blood pressure is related to heart disease and atherosclerosis, it is  necessary to monitor the blood pressure and lower the cholesterol levels.

Since high blood pressure is related to atherosclerosis, which involves thickening, hardening and loss of elasticity in the walls of the arteries and is a precursor of hypertension, it is important to take care of atherosclerosis, also.

NUTRITION AND INFORMATION:

Weight loss reduces blood pressure and should be a primary goal for obese individuals with high blood pressure. Detoxification with a vegetarian diet supplemented with cayenne and garlic are excellent for lowering blood pressure. Individuals with hypertension often suffer from a liver insufficiency, so a sauna and/or the vegetarian diet can help to restore liver function and lower blood pressure. If your hypertension is severe, saunas need to be medically supervised.

Exercise also reduces stress and blood pressure. DO IT; but only after consulting with your physician. Moderate exercise is sometimes better than running miles, especially if one has not exercised regularly in his/her life.

We are told to reduce our salt intake; however, we should only use sea salt for any consumption. Potassium aids in balancing the salt in the body so that the heart and the blood pressure remain normal. Some blood pressure medications can deplete the body of potassium, so if you are on medication, it is imperative that you get rich food sources of potassium and/or take a potassium supplement.             Potassium-rich foods are avocados, bananas, cantaloupes, honeydew melons, nectarines, oranges, asparagus, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, squash,

HYPERTENSION                                                                                                   Page 2

and raisins.  High fiber diets require less insulin to aid in digestion; as insulin makes the body retain salt, your blood pressure may also be affected. Eating or supplementing one’s diet with more fiber can lower blood pressure levels 10 to 15 points. This is an inexpensive way to lower your blood pressure.

Magnesium and CoQ10 can also lower blood pressure readings. Magnesium is needed so that our body can absorb calcium more efficiently. Magnesium may be lost through normal body functions by perspiring, by stress, by diuretics, by alcohol, and by sugar consumption.  Calcium can also lower blood pressure by relaxing the small muscles surrounding blood vessels and by helping the body to excrete salt.

Vitamin E  helps the heart muscle use oxygen, and iron will increase the oxygen’s ability to get to the blood; these two are essential in the lowering of blood pressure. Vitamin E and Iron should be taken right after a meal for better absorption. Initial high doses of Vitamin E may temporarily raise blood pressure, so the dl-alpha, acetate form, may be better. However, unless one has high blood pressure, the d-alpha is always the recommended E as  it is not synthetic.

Pycnogenols increases the health of the capillary wall membranes and allows them to absorb vitamin C more efficiently. Alfalfa is an excellent food source in which to build the immune system and clean the blood. As a plant, it has very long roots and retains more nutrients from the soil. My father always said, “If cows ate the way people did, they would all die.” Hence, we know that alfalfa is an excellent food source for the immune system.

As GRAPEFRUIT has properties which increases the imbalance of your PH of your blood, IT IS A NO for individuals with high blood pressure. Reflexology testing of each vitamin, mineral, or herb is necessary so that you will know  what your body will tolerate. Testing the vitamin, mineral, or herb  with your body will ensure the correct quantity taken each day. No matter how good vitamins and herbs make you feel, it is always necessary to take a break from them occasionally. (i.e. Two weeks on, two weeks off; five days on, five days off, etc.) The severity of your illness will determine your schedule; listen to your body.

If you are currently taking a prescription drug, you should continue to take it; when you see improvement in your condition from natural therapies,  you may want to gradually diminish your use of the prescription, but only with your doctor’s permission. Always tell your doctor what you plan to do; however, traditional medical doctors generally are not trained in nutrition or natural therapies.

VITAMINS, MINERALS, AND HERBS:

1.         Omega-3 Oils  Food Sources

            Omega-6 Oils  Food Sources

Omega-3 oils are obtained from cold-water fish such as halibut, salmon, mackerel, and albacore tuna.. If you have high blood pressure, less red meat is a must; this also includes less pork.. Begin to adjust your food intake now, before your blood pressure worsens or before you may have a heart attack.

Omega-6 oils are obtained by using olive, canola, safflower oil, and flaxseed oil. If one has high blood cholesterol, it is necessary to abstain from a high fats such as butter, Crisco, vegetable, and corn oils.

2.         Fiber                            Foods Sources

Whole grains are an excellent source of high fiber; no more white bread or even cracked wheat. Try to stay away from refined sugars and flours at all costs. If you can get homemade wheat bread or purchase it from a bakery, it is even better than the commercial brand names. Wonder bread is not healthy and neither is bread from fast food; I am sorry.

3.         Vitamin E                      400-800 IU/day

            Vitamin  A                    1-5,000 mg/day

            Vitamin C                     1-6,000 mg/day

            Iron                              2 tsp. 2x/day                           Liquid

These three vitamins and iron are used together as antioxidants for restoring healthy cells. Vitamin E is also used to help the heart muscle use oxygen and iron will increase the oxygen’s ability to get to the blood. Liquid Life is a great source for these antioxidants; since it is liquid, the vitamins and minerals immediately go into your bloodstream.

4.            Potassium                    100-200 mg/day

Potassium aids in balancing the salt in the body so that the heart and the blood pressure remain normal. Some blood pressure medications can deplete the body of potassium.

5.            Calcium/Magnesium/Zinc      1000 mg/day

Calcium can also lower blood pressure by relaxing the small muscles surrounding blood vessels and help to excrete salt from the body. Magnesium is necessary in order for the body to absorb the calcium; many times we consume calcium without the proper magnesium balance, and our body cannot utilize the calcium, thereby, eliminating it. Magnesium is many times lost through normal body functions by perspiring, by stress, by diuretics, by alcohol, and by sugar consumption. Zinc is essential and comes with this combination for a wise balance of these three minerals.

6.         Garlicin             500 mg per day

            Garlic Family

Garlicin is garlic and allicin which has been proven to lower cholesterol. This combination is a less difficult and most effective way to begin to lower your cholesterol. Garlic family herbs such as mistletoe, olive leaves, and Hawthorne berries have blood pressure lowering properties.

HYPERTENSION

7.         Co-Q-10                    30-100 mg/day (over the age of 70-at least 100 mg/day)

Coenzyme Q-10 plays a role in cellular energy production. It improves the heart muscle metabolism and is effective in the treatment of congestive heart failure. it is also used for chronic illnesses. It strengthens the immune system.

8.         Alfalfa                650-1200 mg/day

Alfalfa is an excellent food source in which to build the immune system and clean the blood. As a plant, it has very long roots and retains more nutrients from the soil.

9.            Pycnogenols    100 mg/day

Pycnogenols increases the health of the capillary wall membranes and allows them to absorb vitamin C more efficiently.
